Start changing your body language to be more confident. Smiling, eye contact, and speaking slowly will help you increase your confidence. Smiling will not only make you feel better, it will make other people feel more comfortable around you. Imagine if someone with good body language and a face that is always cheerful and smiling, you will imagine someone who is confident.
