To change the size of the photo you don’t need image editing applications such as Photoshop, paint and so on, especially remembering to operate such applications requires image editing skills so it will be very difficult for people who are new to image editing, including me. How to Set Photo Size 2×3, 3×4, 4×6 in Ms. Word

Before proceeding to the tutorial, there are several photo sizes that you must know as follows:

  1. Size 2×3 = 2 x 2.7 cm
  2. size 3×4 = 2.8 x 3.8 cm
  3. Size 4×6 = 3.8 x 5.6 cm
  4. Size 2R = 5.6 x 8.9 cm
  5. Size 3R = 8.9 x 12.7 cm
  6. Size 4R = 10.2 x 15.2 cm
  7. Size 5R = 12.7 x 17.8 cm
  8. Size 6R = 15.2 x 20.3 cm
  9. Size 8R = 20.3 x 25.4 cm
  10. Size 11R = 28 x 35 cm
  11. Size 12R = 30 x 40 cm
  12. size 16R = 40x 50 cm
  13. size 20R = 50 x 60 cm
  14. size 22R = 60 x 90 cm
  15. size 30R = 70 x 100 cm

Now to set the size of the photo in Microsoft Word, the steps are as follows:

  • first of all, please open a new worksheet in microsoft word then select it and click Insert => Picture

  • Next, please select the photo or image you want to resize. After getting the image select it and click Insert

  • If the photo or image is already in a Microsoft Word worksheet, then we will set the image size. Please click the photo earlier then select and click Format => Size. In that size there is a small dot commonly known as Advanced Layoutplease click the little dot.

  • Next, please set the image size. in the layout I divided it into two parts to make it easier. In the first part, please set the size, and here I will set the size to 4×6 by entering 5.6 cm in height and 3.8 cm in width. In the second part, please remove the check mark in the section Lock Aspect Ratio and Relative to Original Picture Size

  • Next please select and click OK to save and resize the image/photo.

If you want to resize the photo to 2×3 or 3×4 and so on, you just have to follow the steps above. The photo that you have changed is ready to be printed and used for various purposes such as taking care of diplomas, SKCK, taking care of ID cards and so on.
