– Congratulations for those who are planning to get married hehehehe, I think all of you reading or finding this page regarding the procedures and mechanisms for taking care of a marriage certificate must have the intention to find out and take care of the letter of need for marriage. Having a marriage book is important, you need this as proof that your marriage certificate is valid based on religion and state. The status of Ijab Kabul is recognized by the state as stated in Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage.
I can handle this marriage certificate from the experience of my married brother who lives in Jogja (for Muslims), why am I discussing this matter because for the purposes of managing marriage certificates it will be slightly different depending on the domicile you live in, although in general the requirements for this need will be the same . Doing the Ijab Kabul at the religious office or KUA will be free of charge, while calling or inviting a religious leader to marry you at the house or building where you are going for the Ijab Kabul will be subject to a management fee of IDR 600 thousand (update July 2022) and you can pay it through the BRI bank. And it costs 400 thousand if you get married (marriage at KUA is not where or where you live)
Hopefully what I say can help friends or catin (bride) in getting a marriage certificate. Amen, well before you have to take care of the needs of the letter of need for marriage as listed below,

Marriage Certificate Management Fee
Actually, the costs that must be incurred in taking care of the above are dependent on the area where we live and as far as I know there is no written regulation that regulates it. And I suggest taking care of it yourself with your future wife, of course, and try to be calm, relaxed & don’t forget to give the impression that we are citizens who understand the rules or are not ordinary people, this is meant because there are still irresponsible people asking for outside management. reasonable to take care of the needs of marriage.
It’s just a reference, and this is an exclusive experience (because each place or domicile you live will have different fees for processing this marriage certificate) this is just an image to find out some of the costs of getting married.
RT rate
Just to fill the RT cash, Rp. 5,000, – (not charged) and Stamp Rp. 6.000,- for Statement Letter Never Married
Village/kelurahan level

According to the Decree of the Minister of Religion Number 477 of 2004 – a Certificate of Numpang Marriage can be made or only from the village / urban village, but unfortunately this has not been well socialized.
KUA is a place for marriage
The government sets a marriage fee of IDR 50,000 at KUA and IDR 600,000 outside KUA. Based on the results of a government contract consisting of the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag), the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri), the Coordinating Ministry for People’s Welfare (Kemenko Kesra) and the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) it was decided that the marriage fee at KUA was IDR 50,000.
Meanwhile, the cost of getting married outside of working hours is IDR 600 thousand which you can deposit to the BRI bank. Both will be included in the Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP).

A boarding marriage certificate is expected if the prospective bride (CPW) and the prospective groom (CPP) want to get married outside the domicile where the person concerned lives, for example, both live in the city of Jakarta because they work here but they want to get married in the village concerned while both are already residents and with a Jakarta ID card. There are 3 letters of introduction from this village, namely N1, N2 and N4.
This N1 letter contains a certificate for marriage
This letter N2 contains a certificate of origin
This letter N4 contains a statement regarding parents
